Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with senior counselors to guide students about educational opportunities at partner universities.
2. Engage with students to generate interest and inquiries, learning effective communication strategies.
3. Assist in evaluating student inquiries and applications under senior counselors’ guidance.
4. Gain experience in facilitating the application process to partner universities.
5. Learn portfolio management, maintaining communication with the admissions team for an efficient process.
6. Collaborate with operations, utilizing CRM tools to contribute to enrollment predictions.
7. Under guidance, ensure ethical visa guidance in collaboration with the Visa and Compliance Team.
8. Work towards targets with the conversion team to achieve organizational goals.
9. Provide timely responses to student inquiries, aiming for high conversion rates and satisfaction.
10. Develop professional communication with partner universities.
11. Attend education events, representing Student Connect and engaging with prospective students.
12. Develop presentation skills to convey information about studying abroad effectively.
13. Make calls to leads and provide information to prospective students about our services.
