Objective:

We are seeking a passionate and result-driven Student & Visa Counselor to guide and assist students aspiring to study in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. You will play a vital role in promoting our partner universities, evaluating student profiles, and supporting them through the entire application and visa process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date guidance to students about study opportunities at partner universities in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
• Contact and follow up with students from the database to introduce services and generate interest in studying abroad.
• Evaluate student profiles (academic background, English proficiency, financial capacity) to ensure eligibility and match with suitable programs.
• Facilitate the full application process including online form submission, documentation, and communication with universities.
• Maintain and manage your student application portfolio using CRM tools to ensure smooth processing and timely updates.
• Forecast student conversion and enrollment numbers and coordinate with the operations and university partnership teams.
• Work closely with the Visa & Compliance Team to ensure ethical, accurate, and regulation-compliant visa guidance.
• Achieve and exceed assigned application and conversion targets by working collaboratively with the conversion team.
• Provide prompt and professional responses to student inquiries to maintain high service standards.
• Establish strong communication with international partner universities for application and admission updates.
• Represent the organization in education fairs, seminars, and webinars to promote overseas education opportunities.
• Deliver impactful presentations (both online and offline) to engage and inform students about international study options.
